Charlie Jackson is entering his 2nd year as head coach at Oregon. He led the Oregon Ducks to a 2019 PNCLL Championship. He is from San Diego and won the 1995 California State Championships at Henry High School. He attended Chico State University with a major in Sociology. Charlie played for USA west post college and competed in China, Japan and Australia. He is entering his 9th year of coaching and has coached at Chico State and San Diego State and carries a record of 78-46. He has achieved the highest national rankings at both previous programs. Charlie is the 2015 SLC Coach of the Year and seeks to grow the Lacrosse program here at the University of Oregon.

Nick LaMay is the Offensive Coordinator for the men’s lacrosse team at the University of Oregon. He has worked as the offensive coordinator for Jordan High School in Sandy, Utah to help lead the team to the second round of state playoffs with three all-state players. He has also directed the St. Paul cooperative men’s lacrosse team in St. Paul, Minnesota. With his leadership, the team had the best win percentage in over 10 years.

Coach Murch currently resides in San Diego, CA. He coaches at Del Norte HS and is the founder and Head Coach of Tune Squad Lacrosse. Coach Murch has been recruiting for the team since 2018.

Mike Jackson, Assistant Coach/Player Developement -

Jackson comes to Eugene by way of San Diego, CA.  He has coached at various programs and levels since 1986, winning 11 championships.  Mike will focus on player developement on and off the field.   Outside of coaching, Jackson recently retired after working 23 years for the California Department of Transportation.

Tatum Reece was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and was team manager on the lacrosse team at Kent Denver High School her senior year. She Joined the team in 2019 for her sophomore year and looks forward to another great season. Tatum is an International Studies Major with a Spanish Minor.

Jack Thoren is a senior midfielder from Lafayette, California. He is Majoring in Accounting with a minor in Economics. He grew up in the Bay Area playing both football and lacrosse for 4 years in high school. Jack plans to pursue a Masters in Accounting at the University of Oregon after graduation in June 2020 and then return to the Bay Area for work after school.

Sam Criscola is a junior defender from Sherwood, Oregon. He played at Sherwood HS and received Honorable Mention All- Conference LSM and First team All-Conference and All-State defense accolades. Sam is an Advertising major and plans on getting into sports after school. Sam was selected for Second Team All-PNCLL in 2019.

Will Pyne grew up in Maryland where he was a three-year varsity starter and one-year captain for DeMatha Catholic High school. He made the move out to the west coast and is entering his junior year as a finance major with an economics minor. Will is a 2-year starter for the Oregon men’s lacrosse team where he earned first team All-PNCLL in 2019.

Ryan Horiuchi is from Portland, Oregon and was a 3 year varsity starter at Midfield and Face-off Specialist at Central Catholic High School while also playing football and basketball. He is a junior in the Clark Honors College and a Sports Business major with a Spanish minor here at UO. Ryan will pursue a career in the sports industry upon graduation in 2021.

Jake Gieselman, also known as “cheese” to his teammates, is a Junior studying Economics with minors in Business, Sports Business and English. He is originally from New Jersey and played at Oratory Prep in Summit, NJ before moving to the Bay Area his Senior Year. Jake played at Archbishop Mitty in San Jose, CA. He was awarded Union County All-Conference player his junior year and 1st team All-WCAL Conference player his senior year.
